I have had hot flashes for over 10 years very intensely and the only way up to now to control them is through HRT, estradiol, one a day. The Oasis Serene is great! But what I really want to comment on is your e-book. Wow! I have been doing some research on natural methods but was confused as to exactly how to go about getting healthy.
