Part of my program is based on the work of the famous Dr. Paul Bragg who began the health store movement in this country. His apple cider vinegar drink to maintain the PH balance in the body is a mainstay in my life and in my work. I incorporate his plan for health which includes fasting, getting rid of sugar, empty foods, healthy eating, exercise, and so much more. I do work with you as well if you do not want to go vegetarian but just want to alter your nutrition more healthfully. I do work with the issue of culture and culture foods. I will work with the level you are seeking but will let you know what I feel would be best for your future overall health.
